Hello! My name is Laura Engel and I’ve been a registered dental hygienist since 2019. Almost immediately, I worried that the physical demand of dentistry wouldn’t allow me to stay in the field for very long. Fast forward to 2023 when I purchased my first pair of ErgoPrism loupes from LumaDent. I feel like I have switched my career to easy mode. Clinical dentistry feels so much easier and I no longer have to invest so much time and money towards keeping my body in line. These loupes have truly changed the field for me and I believe I can work for decades to come with them. As the sales representative for Kansas City, I want to help others in dentistry feel the same way. I feel excited about dentistry again and want to unlock easy mode for others in dentistry who have struggled with the physical demands of our jobs.
