I just recently ordered my first pair of loupes and headlight from LumaDent recently, and I am more than pleased with their products and service. I received my loupes in time to practice using them a little, before they were required in my dental school.
Their loupes are just as excellent in quality as their headlight. I can see just as much detail as with some of the more expensive brands (Q optics, orascoptic, etc.). Their is no reason to spend more money to get a more reputable loupe brand!! I'm so glad I went with lumadent, because I know I didn't get ripped off.
Their product is just as great but the customer service is greater! The Lumadent team always responds in a timely manner to any of my questions, especially when it comes to my order or issues with the product I've have purchased from them. Even without a rep in NC, they are very efficient in correspondence and will always do their best to ship out what you need immediately.
The Lumadent team rocks. I purchased a battery & adaptor to mount to loupes I currently had. A few days before my operative practical exam the mount broke. I got into contact with the team and with help from online support (Stefanie) and our rep (Randal) they helped me get a new mount within the week so I could take my test with my light. Great customer service really sets this company apart. So thankful for their help and extra effort to take care of me!
I have had two lights and recently ordered loupes. I have also provided a light for my hygienist. We love LumaDent! The company provides an excellent product at a great price and most importantly the customer service is outstanding. I have had minor issues with battery packs and cords over the years. The customer service has been professional, quick, and beyond fair in standing behind their product. If nothing changes we will be customers for life. Thank you LumaDent!
Have 2 of these lights - one on my loupes and one for my safety glasses. They are as much of an advantage as the loupes themselves. Had a great customer service experience with Robert H which will definitely keep me as a customer for a long time to come. Thanks!
Amazing service. I have nothing but good things to say about Lumadent. I have had normal wear and tear and a battery that over 4 years of daily use stopped holding a charge, and quickly obtained a replacement. I tell all my colleague to try their loupes and light whenever they are on the market.
Dear Fellow Hygienists, if you haven't been wearing your loupes or better yet, using a light, I want to let you know there is a new sheriff in town and it is the Lumadent lights. I work with two other hygienists and fortunately, we are very supportive of one another. I was directed to contact Lumadent after an offer at a dental conference in San Francisco. Justin Bryan, a sales rep was driving to The Bay Area, stopped by my office and installed my light, It was just that professional and easy. You have got to treat yourself to a Lumadent light, Plus, better access when scaling, Who knows, I might wear my loupes to a Golden State Warriors game so I can get a close up of Draymond Green. I was so thankful you were at the NC State Dental meeting because I had already decided to bite the bullet and put DFV light on my DFV loupes! I have had a first generation light since 2012. It finally fizzled out. I can't say enough about the customer service I've experienced over these 6 years. There is always a human to speak with and they are all genuinely nice people. I am looking forward to my new HL 360 headlight and the amazing upgrades Lumadent has made. LumaDent's customer service is unmatched. When looking for a new light, I had narrowed my search down to a few companies. I contacted a few companies to get some more information due to their complicated order forms (or lack there of), and it was like they didn't care if they received my business or not. After reading countless outstanding reviews regarding LumaDent's customer service, it convinced me to go with this company, and I am so glad I did. I received the product in 3 days, and each day I got an update on my tracking info. They even contacted me before shipping to clarify that I had entered the correct info they needed to send the appropriate mounting bracket. The light itself is amazing, and so much brighter and lighter than my Surgitel light. The anti curing filter even has an awesome design which uses magnets to keep the filter up and out of the way or down when you need it. Couldn't be happier with my decision to go with LumaDent.
