Amazing product at a reasonable price, and even more amazing customer service. I worked with a customer service agent named Faith who went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to connect my light to my own pair of Oakley radar safety glasses, and Faith promptly answered all questions via phone and email, sent instructions on how to install the part, and delivered the product in an incredibly timely fashion, all while being very pleasant to work with. Honestly the best customer service of any company I have ever worked with (both Faith and other Lumadent customer service agents).. which will make me a loyal Lumadent user in the future.
I have 2 pairs of lumadent loupes and 3 lights (one for mission trips) and I can't live without them. There were some issues with the cables last year and with the glue to hold the loupes in the glasses but both were addressed at no cost to me. The clip for the light on my frames moves a bit. Make sure you unclip the light before putting it in the box. The battery clip gives me a rash on my back but I have pretty sensitive skin. Overall happy.
I've had my light for 3 years, and it has served its purpose well. The mount however tends to loosen quickly and 2 light cords have stopped working in the span of ~3 years. Thankfully the cords are cheap to replace, and customer service is speedy w/ responses.
I just received my loupes today! I am extremely impressed with the quality of your TTL loupes and light system! They are a perfect fit! Your customer service is second to none as I contacted three other loupe companies but decided to go with Lumadent based on other reviews and excellent service from Brandon Fettig. I’ve had LumaDent Loupes and UniLux light for over two years. I reached out to the company to see if I could get a light for a mission trip. Their customer representative was so helpful. I received my light with plenty of time to spare. I love their products. I work in two different offices and will be buying another Loupe/Light set and keeping my additional light for my mission trips.
I've been a Lumadent customer for almost 5 years now. I swear by their products, and more importantly their service. I had a fault with one of their product (after a lot of use) and they replaced them with no hesitation. I'll be a long time customer of theirs. Couldn't recommend higher.

I got the 4.0 Loupes with light. I love working with them. I asked for protective covering for the ocular lens and they were able to find some for me! Really great loupes. Great customer service. I've been really pleased.
The Lumadent team rocks. I purchased a battery & adaptor to mount to loupes I currently had. A few days before my operative practical exam the mount broke. I got into contact with the team and with help from online support (Stefanie) and our rep (Randal) they helped me get a new mount within the week so I could take my test with my light. Great customer service really sets this company apart. So thankful for their help and extra effort to take care of me!
