We are open Monday through Friday from 7 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon Pacific Time.

How Long does it take to Service a Product?

We make it a priority to quickly service your products! Our headlight system takes 24 to 48 hours upon receiving it to service and ship out. It takes about 7 business days to service loupes and ship out. Please contact us if you will be sending in your products for service at https://lumadent.com/contact-lumadent/.

What is LumaDent’s Return Policy?

We offer a 45-Day Risk-Free Trial with all of our products. This trial period will begin once we have shipped out your order. For more details please visit http://lumadent.com/warranty/.

Do you have a Trade-in Policy?

We currently do not offer a Trade-in Policy with our products. However, if you already have our old headlight system, you may be able to upgrade to our new light for a small cost. Please contact us at (775) 829-4488 for more details.

How Long does Shipping Take?

Shipping within the USA normally takes about 2 to 3 days. Shipping time does vary for international orders due to customs.

Can I Order and have the Product Shipped Internationally?

LumaDent offers shipping within the United States and Internationally. Please feel free to view our website and place an order at lumadent.com.

Can I Ship to a PO Box?

LumaDent does offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

What should I do if there is an error when trying to purchase on LumaDent.com?

How long will it take to receive my loupes?

Each TTL loupe order is custom made and assembled. Normally, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks to complete. You are able to expedite the entire process if you pay our Rush Fee. Please contact us at 775-829-4488 if interested.

Can I use PayPal when Ordering?

Yes, we currently accept PayPal as a payment option.

Do you accept all credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you add Sales Tax to the order?

No, we currently do not add sales tax to your order. (Except if you are located in Nevada)

Do you offer any discounts?

 Yes, we currently have 2 headlight system manuals to help you wear and learn how to control your light. Please visit http://lumadent.com/instruction/ to learn more.

Do I Need a sales rep to measure me for my loupes?

No, we have created a system where you can take the measurements by yourself in your office. It is very easy to do and does not require optometrist equipment. Please view our easy to follow IPD & Working Distance guide at http://lumadent.com/instructions/ipdguide.
